Smart Education is currently recruiting for a 6th Form Teacher for a permanent role starting immediately within a specialist educational setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area.

• Experience teaching 6th form or post-16 SEND learners (desirable)
• Understanding of personalised learning and preparing students for independence
• Creative, patient and committed to inclusive practice
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Deliver high-quality teaching for 6th form learners with complex needs
• Plan and assess learning tailored to individual goals and independence skills
• Promote positive behaviour, social skills, and life-long learning
• Collaborate with staff, families and external professionals
• Contribute positively to the ethos and values of the setting
